How long will my inspection take?
The average time for a General Home Inspection is 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Do I need to be there for the inspection?
I strongly suggest you are present. You will be able to see firsthand the systems and components of your house, and ask questions about the home.
When do I get my report?
We will discuss the findings at the end of the inspection, and a written report will be ready within 48 hours. Usually the next business day.
How do I get my report?
A written report will be mailed directly to you and I also e-mail you a copy.
Who else gets the report?
The report is the exclusive property of you, the client. I will not distribute or discuss the report with anyone else without your permission. Although, you may distribute the report to anyone you choose.
How much does an inspection cost?
Inspections begin at $235.00 for an EMP inspection. Please call with the type of inspection you want and the details of the home for a firm quote.
When do I pay for the inspection?
Inspection fees are due at the time of the inspection. This is done to eliminate any involvement of the inspection fees in your closing.
What guidelines do you follow?
BASIS Inspections are performed in accordance with Title 310, Oklahoma State Department of Health; Chapter 276, Home Inspection Industry. (see complete statute)
