Born and raised in Northern Ireland, I bring a unique perspective and extensive experience to the home inspection industry. As a resident of Perth and a Registered Builder, I offer a personal touch that only a very experienced builder/inspector can provide.

With a background in construction in the UK, Ireland, USA, and Germany, I have a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry and its regulations. In 2011, I became a Registered Builder in Western Australia. I started my own construction company, where I completed several self-managed projects and honed my skills in all aspects of the Australian construction sector.

Inspector West was founded to provide the most comprehensive and in-depth home inspections to the people of Perth. The inspection report is comprehensive with detailed understanding of the terminology used in the report with theoretical building code references (with pictures) to compare the existing property condition with the codes. If I have to fly Brian (or his team) from WA to other states to do the pre purchase build and pest report for me in the future, I will happily do it because it is very rare to find people like him who take extra care and observe due diligence when it comes to build and pest. And also Brian is a builder too so he has got a competitive edge over other inspectors. I highly recommend him and I would give him 10 stars out of 5 if Google would have allowed me so....
