When can I get my inspection?

Generally, I can schedule your inspection within 2-4 days of your call.

How long will my inspection take?

The average time for a General Home Inspection is around 2 hours. The larger homes will take longer and some extra time may be needed to investigate additions or remodels.

Do I need to be there for the inspection?

I strongly suggest you are present. You will be able to see firsthand the systems and components of your house, and ask questions about the home.

When do I get my report?

We will discuss the findings at the end of the inspection, and a written report will be ready within 24 hours.

How do I get my report?

You will receive it via email within 24 hours.

Who else gets the report?

The report is the exclusive property of you, the client. I will not distribute or discuss the report with anyone else without your permission. Although, you may distribute the report to anyone you choose.

How much does an inspection cost?

Inspections begin at $235.00 for an EMP inspection. Please call with the type of inspection you want and the details of the home for a firm quote.

When do I pay for the inspection?

Inspection fees are due at the time of the inspection. This is done to eliminate any involvement of the inspection fees in your closing.

What guidelines do you follow?

BASIS Inspections are performed in accordance with TITLE 158. CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES BOARD CHAPTER 70. HOME INSPECTION INDUSTRY REGULATIONS. (See complete statute)
